Helping the Foodbank at Harvest Time

Can you support us this harvest?

We urgently need food donations to support people facing hardship in the Borough of Merton.

In the past year we have provided 6,428 food parcels to people facing hardship in Merton, including to 2,160 children.

Much of this food came from your generous harvest donations. But we need your help again this year. The food you donate for harvest ensures we can be there for people facing hardship in the coming winter.

Every donation makes a difference. There are many ways in which you can support our work. Click here for information on donating food in person or by online platforms.

The most urgently required items are:

  • Tinned tomatoes
  • Squash and long life juices
  • Jam, honey, marmalade, marmite, peanut butter, chocolate spread
  • Sweet and savoury treats
  • Sweet and savoury biscuits
